Customer service is Zero stars

Customer service is Zero stars. Returned football cleats for a different size. Told they have have the size we needed in stock and would take 2 weeks to receive. Called after the 3rd week on 2 different occasions to checks on the order and was told they would be on the way shortly. Never received them, 3rd call I talked to a supervisor and he said there was never an exchange order placed and the cleats were out of stock. Took a Month of my time. Ordered from Dick's with no issue

Football cleats

My son ordered football cleats from Eastbay and they didn't even hold up for a month. Customer Service was contacted and they are unwilling to exchange them. The cleats were UA Blur Smoke. Don't waste your money ordering from this company. They are not even worth a fraction of a star for ratings!

We ordered a pair of cleats for my son. He received them and tried them for one hour at an indoor training facility. The cleats were painful and the wrong size so we returned them. The refund was denied because the refund department decided they were dirty and that they could not be restocked. I called customer service, waited 45 minutes for help and have been told that there is no disputing the decision of the return department. The man on the phone offered no help, would not send me to his manager and said there is no phone number to contact the return department. I do not understand this type of service. How is an athlete expected to buy shoes online and not be given the freedom to try the shoes. I could understand if the shoes were damaged but that is not the case. It was the wrong size. Every other online retailer take returns and at the very least will communicate and address the needs of a customer. This is a shady business model and I am disappointed in the way I have been treated. I am most disappointed that we gave this company additional business by ordering a replacement shoe expecting to be treated fairly and given a refund. I understand now why there are so many negative reviews about Eastbay. I will definitely be adding mine to the list. This will be the last time my family makes any purchases through this business.

If I could give them less than a star a…

If I could give them less than a star a would. This company has horrible customer service! We purchased a pair of Nike baseball cleats which turned out to be too small. They were tried on and worn inside for about 2 minutes. When we sent them back Eastbay refused to exchange them for a larger size due to the "worn condition" of the shoes. Apparently a few dust spots equate to "worn condition." Buyer beware, do not order from this company!

Return policy a scam

Return policy is non-existent. Shoes were purchased, tried on, and returned. The return was denied because the sole was 'discolored'. Deceptive at best, will never purchase from Eastbay again.

Ordered a pair of shoes, ship to my previous address by mistake , I called right away to ask them how can I change the adress or cancel the items, they said now I can’t it’s policy…. THAT’S BS

The website is absolute garbage via…

The website is absolute garbage via phone and laptop. Constantly getting error messages on every page. I use to have good results purchasing but I will be dammed if I buy shoes off this platform. Oh wait, I can't event get into the shoes without getting error messages.

Worst experience I have ever had…

Worst experience I have ever had shopping, I wear a shoe size that most stores don’t carry so I always have to order online. I purchased a new pair they arrived and didn’t fit. So I started a return and sent the shoes back exactly how they were received, only to come home today, 2 weeks after they received the return and find that shoes were shipped back to me, and a refund would not be issued because there was a little dust on the sole from me trying them on. Customer service was of no help as they just said the same thing and that that decision was final and I was basically s**t out of luck. This was my first time buying from them and will be my last as I’m now stuck with a $160 pair of shoes that don’t fit.

Bogus Shipping offer

I signed up on with Eastbay for the FLX program to get free shipping - all of the items that I attempted to purchase were excluded from the shipping offer - not sure the purpose of the FXL account other to overwhelm you with other worthless offers. I would rather pay more with an another vendor that does not miss lead me.

Do not trust Eastbay!

If I could give a zero out of 5 I would! Do not trust their 30-day try on policy! We ordered some throwing shoes for our daughter and none fit properly so we sent all of them back. They rejected them saying "used". These still had the tags on and were only tried on inside! Their tryon policy is fake false phony!

I don't think it is I'm No authority but other Nike apparel that I purchased from a Nike outlet store is more durable and doesn't have the flaws like the graphic completely peeling away after one wash like the Nike T-shirt I got from East Bay I believe there's a lot of imitation Nike sneakers and apparel floating around I once bought a pair of Nikes from eBay and the exact same model of Nikes through the Nike app actually arrived around the same time and I could tell the ones I got from eBay were knockoffs immediately
